Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for paid orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers common transaction charges for payment processing. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Upon refusal of the item(s) and return to us, your refund will be processed, minus the shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

In the event of damaged goods, customers must notify us via email or the provided contact number within 3 days of delivery. Images of the damaged products must be provided when filing a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-7 business days to process, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Eligibility

Please note that we only accept returns for valid reasons such as incorrect items or items not as advertised. Returns for reasons such as change of mind are not accepted due to the nature of our products. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a return label for your convenience, which should be securely attached to the package and dropped off at the nearest courier location.
